Confidentiality & NDA Policy

PearlPoint Design Studio

At PearlPoint Design Studio, we believe that purposeful work should be seen. Our reputation is built on the brands, websites, and organizations we help strengthen, and public visibility is an essential part of how we grow and build trust. For this reason, we do not operate as a hidden or white‑label provider, and we do not enter agreements that prevent us from being publicly associated with the work we create.
At the same time, we deeply respect the need to protect sensitive business information. This policy outlines how we balance transparency with confidentiality.

What We Keep Confidential

We treat all non‑public business information as strictly confidential, including:
• Internal systems, processes, and documentation
• Product or service development plans
• Financial information
• Marketing strategies and internal insights
• Customer or user data
• Trade secrets and proprietary methods
This information is never shared, published, or used outside the scope of your project.

What Is Not Confidential

We do not accept agreements that require us to remain anonymous, uncredited, or invisible. This means:
• We must be allowed to state that PearlPoint created or manages your project
• We must be allowed to display the work in our portfolio
• We must be allowed to publish a case study
Our case studies focus on:
• The challenge
• The creative or strategic solution
• The results

They never include confidential or sensitive business details.
Public visibility is a core part of how PearlPoint operates. If a project requires complete secrecy or white‑label delivery, we may not be the right partner.

When We Will Sign an NDA

We are open to NDAs that protect specific confidential information, such as:
• Trade secrets
• Internal processes
• Financial or operational data
• Unreleased product or service plans

We will not sign NDAs that:

• Prevent us from naming you as a client
• Prevent us from showing the work
• Prevent us from publishing a case study
• Require us to operate as an invisible or white‑label provider
Any NDA must clearly distinguish between:
• What is confidential
• What may be public

Your website, branding, and the fact that PearlPoint created or maintains it must remain public.

Case Studies & Portfolio Use

We regularly share case studies to highlight our work and support other organizations in understanding what is possible. When an NDA is in place:

We will:

• Respect all confidentiality terms
• Protect sensitive information
• Avoid sharing private metrics or internal strategies unless approved

We will still:

• Show the project
• Credit the client
• Describe the outcome

Why We Work This Way

PearlPoint builds long‑term partnerships rooted in clarity, trust, and visible results. Our clients benefit from:
• Our growing reputation
• Our proven track record
• The credibility that comes from public, successful work
We cannot offer that level of value if our strongest projects are hidden.

If You Require Confidentiality

If your organization has sensitive information that must be protected, we are happy to discuss the appropriate safeguards.
If your project requires total secrecy or white‑label execution, we may not be the best fit—and that’s perfectly okay. We prefer to be transparent from the start so both sides can make the right decision quickly.
