• Graphic design
• Branding and communication services

All services will be delivered according to the agreed project scope, timeline, and pricing.
2. Payments & Billing
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may delay project timelines.
• All payments are non‑refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information, content, and materials needed to complete the project
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Ensure all content provided is owned by the client or legally licensed
PearlPoint is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late approvals.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal or agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
5. Intellectual Property
• Final approved deliverables become the property of the client once full payment is received.
• PearlPoint retains ownership of all drafts, working files, and creative processes unless otherwise agreed.
• PearlPoint may showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or case studies unless a written agreement states otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of all clients and protect all non‑public business information. Confidential details will not be shared or used outside the scope of your project.

7. Portfolio & Public Use
PearlPoint reserves the right to:
• Display completed work in our portfolio
• Credit PearlPoint as the creator
• Publish case studies highlighting the project
We will never share sensitive or confidential business information
8. Project Timelines
Timelines are estimates and may shift based on:
• Client response times
• Scope changes
• Technical or external factors
PearlPoint will communicate any changes promptly.
9. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun:
• All completed work must be paid for
• Deposits are non‑refundable
• Additional fees may apply depending on the stage of the project
PearlPoint reserves the right to cancel a project if communication breaks down or terms are violated.
10. Limitation of Liability
PearlPoint is not liable for:
• Losses resulting from website downtime, hosting issues, or third‑party platforms
• Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
• Issues caused by client‑provided content or materials
Our responsibility is limited to the scope of work agreed upon.
11. Third‑Party Services
Some projects may involve third‑party tools, platforms, or software. PearlPoint is not responsible for:
• Changes made by third‑party providers
• Pricing adjustments
• Service outages or limitations
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.
12. Updates to Terms
PearlPoint may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
