Meet The Founder
Hello, I’m Kimona Ralph, Founder and Creative Director of PearlPoint Design Studio. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, an Advance Diploma in Civil Engineering Technologist, a diploma in Business Accounting and certificates in designing et al. While my academic background is rooted in the built environment, my professional journey has been defined by over a decade of experience in designing.
For over 10 years, I have worked at the intersection of creativity and problem‑solving, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual and digital experiences. My work spans educational institutions, corporate teams, and growing businesses in Canada and now Jamaica.
I established PearlPoint Design Studio in Jamaica to provide schools, businesses and organizations with design solutions that are not only visually refined but also grounded in purpose, clarity, and long‑term value. I lead every project with a hands‑on, collaborative approach, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful guidance, strategic insight, and work that aligns with their goals and operational realities.
